Foreword Few recognize that even in our current state of civilization, there exist souls who, like the priests of ancient temples, walk the earth to guard the sacred fires of humanity's altar. These are the purified, having renounced worldly life to protect the Flame, the spiritual essence within us, now obscured beneath the ruins of our degraded temple.

Recalling fallen empires like Greece, Rome, and Egypt's grandeur, we mourn their decline. Observing modern nations, we wonder which will be the next to fade, joining the silent procession of bygone civilizations. Yet, throughout history, we discern justice and divine retribution, not by man's hand, but from the eternal Flame, the very essence of God.

Turning to those past civilizations, we find their undoing: their inner light diminished. Just as a body devoid of its soul is dead, a temple void of divine light loses its sanctity. Degeneracy, lust, hatred, fear, and dark magic plagued Greece, Rome, and Egypt. As their inner light waned, these once-great civilizations fell, consumed by their extinguished spiritual fire.

However, the Flame is undying. It is the very essence of life, which can't be extinguished. It merely found a new home, giving rise to another great civilization. History shows that as long as a civilization remains true to this Flame, they thrive. Once neglected, the Flame moves on.

Ironically, followers of this Flame are now termed heathens. Few understand that without the baptism of the Holy Spirit, which is the Fire, we too are heathens. For fire symbolizes light, and those devoted to the Flame are the true bearers of light, much like God Himself.

For eons, enlightened beings have strived to ignite this divine spark in humanity. These selfless souls, having mastered the Flame's mysteries, are the "Initiates of the Flame." Their monumental contributions to humanity might now be dismissed as myths, but a time will come when their significance will be recognized. Our current civilization stands on the foundations they laid.
