A message from the founder:
I understand my gifts, but choose not to use them for my own personal gain, but to continue to expand an empire with a conquest, a conquest to love the whole earth and everyone on it. To impact culture, to create great things, to support the lives of many people, to decrease suffering, to increase perspective. I am optimizing my life to be a hero, and in doing so I cannot focus on the little things. I must operate on the Macro.
My 5 main jobs are:
Setting the vision (That's what this article is for)
Raising money (Scaling fast means using the access to capital outside of what our businesses can profit)
Hire and manage (Even hiring managers to hire and manage)
Make sure the company executes (through systems, software, and managers)
To any of you inspired by this text, I hope you can improve this piece through video, drawings, or animation. I invite you to speak up and be involved in helping me organize, systemize, and improve the overall function of the whole organization.
There are plenty of ways to be a part of the ecosystem outside of work hours. This should be natural within the core community, and if done correctly, should enable us to continue to push each other on this conquest of creating Utopia. We should never stop learning, and never stop improving. We should always be working to work smarter, and not harder to attain our grand goals.
At the end of the day, our seconds in our human form are currently limited (that might change see Here, Here, and Here), and it would be a shame to go through life not having an amazing butterfly effect impact.
